Our Interview Process
As a small team, we aim to ensure a perfect match while keeping the process as straightforward as possible:
Submit your application, and we'll promptly reach out to schedule a call with our recruitment partner. During this initial conversation, we'll discuss the project and your potential role in more detail.
If the initial call goes well, the next step is a skills assessment. We would like to ask you to complete our small take-home assignment.
Once we've received your code, we'll schedule another call to delve into the details of your solution and explore if it's a good fit for both sides.
Concluding our process, we've got a paid trial period. This step lets us make sure we're on the same page and ready to roll together.
